01 — Discovery
| Tell us your product idea, target market and requirements. |
Once the feasibility of implementation is confirmed, we assess if the customized scope/optic meets current market demand and objectives. Through close communication with you, we identify the application scenarios, target user groups, and functional requirements. This step helps us pinpoint the core features the product should have, such as special functions, optical performance, magnification range, field of view, and material requirements.
02 — Solution
| We evaluate feasibility and develop a suitable technical solution. |
Based on the initial demand exploration, our technical team will combine market trends and advanced technologies to formulate the optimal solution. These solutions will cover optical design, mechanical structure, reticle design, and potential electronic functions (such as rangefinding or night vision). We will discuss the pros and cons of each solution with you to ensure that the final choice aligns with market demands.
03 — Prototype
| A prototype is produced for testing and evaluation. |
After selecting a solution, we will quickly produce a prototype of the scope/optic. Using 3D modeling and preliminary trials, the focus during the prototype stage is to test optical performance, mechanical stability, and whether the product meets your expectations. You will have the opportunity to experience the prototype and provide feedback for adjustments to ensure the product meets the desired functionality and design.
04 — Testing & Approval

05 — Pilot Production

Once the product design and technical specifications are finalized, we move into pilot production to verify the feasibility and stability of the manufacturing process. A small batch of samples is produced under actual production conditions to evaluate assembly consistency, optical performance, structural reliability, surface finishing, and overall product quality. During this stage, we identify any potential issues in materials, tolerances, components, or production procedures and make the necessary adjustments. This helps ensure that the product is fully optimized and ready for efficient, consistent, and reliable mass production.
06 — Mass Production
| After final approval, we move into stable volume production. |
Once the pilot production is successfully completed and all key specifications are confirmed, we proceed to mass production under standardized manufacturing procedures. Throughout this stage, we closely control raw materials, component consistency, assembly accuracy, optical performance, surface finishing, and final inspection requirements. Production progress and quality standards are monitored to ensure stable output across each batch. This process allows us to maintain consistent product quality, improve production efficiency, and support reliable delivery for large-volume orders while meeting your brand, market, and performance requirements.
07 — Delivery

The finished products will be delivered to you on time after undergoing seven rigorous quality inspections. We ship from China to various ports or designated recipients, ensuring that the products arrive at their destination in perfect condition. Following delivery, we will provide technical support and after-sales service to help you bring the products to market swiftly.
